The team over at Humble Lamb keeps taking chances and it keeps working! Every Bible they crank out is amazing in my opinion. They’re going wild with colors, gilt options, and formats. I’m here for it and I hope they keep innovating. When I heard an orange Bible was coming out, I knew I needed to check it out. Oh, it’s also a NASB 2020 you say? Even better! Let’s take a look.
I’m a big fan of the Legacy Standard Bible translation. Even more so, I think Steadfast is knocking it out of the park with Bibles they’re producing. Their blocks and materials are second to none. The new LSB Giant Print Reference is no exception. The goatskin version of this Bible has all the bells and whistles. Let’s check it out.
I remember when Crossway introduced the Bible world to Horween leather. It was fun, it was exciting, and it was short lived. My Horween Bibles from Crossway are still some of my favorites. When they announced they were introducing yet another new leather, I think we all waited and wondered if this could be the next big thing.
It’s always exciting to get review a brand new Bible. That makes the reviewing the Heirloom Alpha from Crossway especially exciting. It’s a Bible we’ve never seen before so everyone is curious about it. Let’s not waste anymore time and jump right in.
The LSB is such a good translation and the people over at Steadfast Bibles are making such amazing editions. The thing I love is that they’re making great hardcovers all the way to great premiums. I sent him an ESV Personal Size Reference, which you can get for about $15. He has now transformed it into a premium Bible (I think they should make a premium version of this Bible).
I’m excited to get to review something a bit different today. When I saw that Humble Lamb was releasing a Bible bag, I knew I wanted to check it out! Most who know me know that I’m a big fan of high quality leather goods. I’ve reviewed boots on my blog, premium Bibles, and I’m excited to finally get to review a high quality leather bag. When I opened up the Humble Shield, I can tell you that I was not disappointed. Let’s jump into the details.
I love Biblical Theology. It’s a discipline I’ve become pretty passionate about. I think it helps us see the Bible more clearly and understand it more fully. I’ve been working to get my hands on more and more biblical theology resources. I was really excited to check out this new Biblical Theology by Andreas Kostenberger and Gregory Goswell offered by Crossway.
I requested to review this Bible because it looks cool. it’s as simple as that. The pictures are going to have to do the describing because I’m not sure my words can do it justice.
I love these beautiful colored goatskins that Thomas Nelson has been putting out. Even more, I love a beautiful green Bible. It’s one of my favorite colors and the Large Print Thinline Reference has quickly become one of my favorite layouts.
I’m happy to have teamed up with Adrian Alonzo at AE Bibles to give this Bible a look worthy of it’s name.
Thomas Nelson is consistently making beautiful Bibles and this could easily be in my top 3 if not my favorite over all. This Bible has a couple of unique features that I truly love along with a great layout. Let’s talk about what makes this Bible so great.
